Kathy Kaehler's Favorite Recipe




olive oil
Garlic
Onion
Red cabbage
Kale


Take a skillet and put olive oil, garlic and onion in it. Saute until tender and lightly browned. Add in chopped red cabbage and lots of kale. Saute until soft but bright green. Serve alone or top with a piece of grilled chicken or salmon.

"I could eat that for days!" Kaehler says.


Serve with chicken or salmon.
