
Jason Mesnick's Chicken Broccoli Casserole
2 pounds fresh broccoli, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 pounds cooked chicken, cut up
3/4 cup sharp grated cheese
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
Place broccoli evenly layered on bottom of 13x9x2-inch casserole dish. In a separate bowl mix together cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise and cut up chicken. Spread mixture evenly on top of broccoli. Top with cheese then with breadcrumbs. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
