Barbara Peterson's Pasta Primavera



Angel hair pasta
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
White wine, to taste
1 onion
6 cloves garlic, chopped
Asparagus, coarsely minced and cut into 1-inch sticks
Yellow corn kernels, fresh or canned
Cherry tomatoes, cooked or raw, cut in half


Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside. Pour oil in sauté pan at medium-high heat and sauté onions and garlic until a little limp. Then add all veggies of choice and sauté for an additional 6 minutes. Add salt and pepper and white wine, all to taste. (For a more liquid sauce, add more white wine.) Then add any meats/shellfish, if using.
