Cornett has experienced the havoc that pregnancy hormones – and lack of sleep! – can wreak on skin. She discovered a line of skin care products called Murad that has helped keep her in the clear.

"If I don't cleanse every night and every morning, then I definitely am going to have a break out," she says. "It helps to stick to a regimen and not introduce new things."

Steines swears by his Reach Access flosser. "It's a little piece of dental floss to use between your teeth," he says. "My dentist always says, 'You're not flossing,' but now it's so easy."

While Steines is happy Kai is taking an interest in dental hygiene, he notes that parents should keep personal care products out of kids' reach. "He took a liking to our electric tooth brush, and it's now doubling as a floor scrubber," Steines laughs. "You'll see him take it and then the next thing you see is him doing the grout."
