Constance Marie's Organic Garlic Bread
1 loaf of French bread (Constance Marie uses a baguette)
1/2 stick organic salted butter, melted
1/4 cup organic olive oil
5 cloves organic garlic
3 good shakes salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Peel garlic cloves and press in a garlic press. Put into a small mixing bowl, then add the melted butter, olive oil, the few shakes of salt and stir. This is the topping.
Cut the bread into 1/4-inch slices and place on a cookie sheet. Drizzle garlic topping mix onto each slice. Place the cookie sheet into the oven for eight to 10 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
