Actress Anne Heche and her boyfriend, James Tupper, have welcomed a baby boy, according to People magazine. Atlas Heche Tupper weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces. Heche has another son, Homer, 7, from her previous marriage to Coley Laffoon.
