  • Blend your makeup. "Shadows, blush, liner – all of it needs to create a seamless canvas," Gibbons says.
  • Sleep and water. "When we don't sleep our hormones run havoc and we get fat, our skin gets dull, we are irritable and we have memory problems."
  • Bananas. "It fights depression, helps your body defend itself against myriad illnesses, works to calm nerves and fight PMS," she says.
  • Vinegar and mayo. "For shinier hair, add a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to the rinse," she says. "My 'don't panic – raid the pantry' conditioner is what my mom used on me as a child. I wrap my head in mayonnaise under a towel, sit in the steam shower and when I rinse it's almost worth the ickiness!"
