"The best beauty advice I can offer anyone is to drink plenty of water, take
your vitamins, don't drink alcohol excessively and get your rest!" Mazar says.
"Women always look beautiful when they are happy, in love (no one ever looked
bad after a good night's lovin'). Health will fall into place if you do the obvious
things and get regular checkups.
"Fitness, well that is individual. I think women by 35 must begin a fitness routine, or else they won't maintain their metabolism and good shape into their 40s. Cardio is the most important in my opinion, because it keeps the circulation flowing in the body." back to the article
